Our team is experienced in entitlement processes, pro-forma development and funding applications for your special needs, senior, multi-family, or mixed-use project.

Whether you are building new single- or multi-family housing, or are acquiring or renovating an existing property, we can help you find the most advantageous funding package and walk you through partnership structuring, application, bidding and construction processes.

Single Family:

Caddis Community Partners works closely with a diverse group of financial institutions and real estate professionals to ensure responsive single-family homeownership construction.   Take-out Mortgage loans are available for your next single-family detached, cohousing, condominium, live/work space, or mixed use property development.

Multi-Family:

We are experienced in HUD 202/811, RD 515, LIHTC, Bond, Market Rate and custom solution transactions. We can also help you assess leveraged local, state and federally funded financial resources such as trust funds, state and/or historic tax credits, utility incentives, HOME, and/or CDBG program alignment.

Bryan Bowen
Bryan Bowen
Bryan Bowen is a licensed architect with over 22 years of professional experience. Bryan is an expert in sustainable design, net-zero homes and communities. Bryan graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and specializes in community based design, permaculture, cohousing, affordable housing, urban infill and mixed-use, community engagement, and regenerative single-family design. Bryan also serves on the Planning Board for the City of Boulder. This experience has given him unique insight into the challenges surrounding land use, zoning, annexation, and entitlements. Bryan is certified in LEED AP, AIA and NCARB. His most notable projects include:

Bryan works in Boulder and resides in Wild Sage, one of Caddis’s co-housing projects. He enjoys spending time with his kids, mountain biking and fly-fishing. From woodworking to lost wax casting, Bryan enjoys creating beautiful objects.

Marci Milligan
Marci Milligan
Marci Milligan is a seasoned community development planner and brings more than 25 years of professional experience in primary and secondary affordable housing finance to her municipal, non-profit and for-profit clients. Marci received her Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Wyoming, an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Master’s Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Utah. Marci has a track record for bringing financial solutions to get the job done in new single or multi-family construction, acquisition-rehab or portfolio restructuring. Marci is NDC certified in both economic and affordable housing finance. Examples of her work can be found in the following projects:

Marci works and lives in Grover Utah, Gateway to Capitol Reef National Park, where she serves on the board of the Entrada Institute promoting place-making and economic development through arts and culture.

Jesús Bendezú
Jesús Bendezú
Jesus Bendezu is a licensed architect with over 20 years of professional experience. After graduating from Iowa State University, Jesus went on to specialize in areas such as energy efficient design, healthy building design, daylighting design and passive solar design. Jesus is certified in LEED-AP, NCARB, GGP and is actively working on residential, commercial and institutional projects. Jesus has worked in notable sustainable architecture offices, learned from the pioneers of sustainable design, practiced integrative building design and has used a whole systems thinking approach to solve design problems. In addition, Jesus designed the first alternative materials residence permitted within the city limits of Austin in Texas. He believes in a cooperative approach to problem solving and that an “all hands at the table” attitude matters when moving projects forward. Jesus knows how to overcome obstacles and manifest a project from conception into reality. His past and present projects include:

Jesus lives and works in Park City, UT with his wife Mary. He is an avid freediver and enjoys the outdoors.

Kristen Uitto
Kristen Uitto
Kristen Uitto is a licensed architect with 14 years of professional experience. Kristen received her degree from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and went on to specialize in Energy Efficient Design and Passive House Design. Kristen is skilled in designing residential buildings at all cost levels, including single-family, multifamily, and cohousing units. She is well-trained in the art of bringing quality design work into clear and accurate construction documents, and is an effective communicator when working with clients and coordinating consultants and trades. Kristen is a licensed architect with LEED-AP and NCARB accreditations. She is also a Certified Passive House Consultant. Examples of her work can be found in the following projects:
