• Low-Income Housing Tax Credit funded.
• 41 units – mix of 1 bed, 2 bed and 3 bed flats & townhouses
• 580 SF – 1000 SF
• Conversion of units into new 2000 sf Community Center, used by residents and I Have A Dream Foundation.
